Our mission...
Industry recognition for financially viable and technically capable contractors working in the Northern Territory's building and construction sector.

...is to raise standards and engender confidence in the Northern Territory's Building and Construction Industry through a peer-assessment based accreditation scheme that is owned and operated by the industry.

This is done by:

  1. Providing a system of accreditation of contractors to perform works and services in the civil, construction and building services industries, based on self-assessment by those industries, with a view to engendering confidence in local operators in those industries.

  2. Co-ordinating and encouraging co-operation between the civil, construction and building services industries in the NT and government, civic and other authorities.

  3. Carrying out such other functions affecting or relating to the civil, construction and building services industries of the NT as it may from time to time deem appropriate or desirable.
